Exchange Policy for Amazing Concept
At Amazing Concept, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality European products at great value. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our exchange policy. Returns are not allowed. 

Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange Period:
Items must be exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Damaged, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value (the difference must be paid).

Non-Exchangeable Items:
-Customized or special-order items.
-Items explicitly marked as non-exchangeable. 
-Items on Clearance

Process for Exchange
In-Store Exchange:
Bring the item to our warehouse in Antelias with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once inspected, eligible exchange will be processed on the spot.

Exchange Through Delivery:
Customers can also exchange items through our delivery partner. Our customer service team will handle the request. Shipping fees apply.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
We will inspect the item and offer a replacement or store credit if deemed defective.
